Warramunda Village is an aged care complex located in Kyabram comprising a 61 bed residential care facility, 48 independent living units, and community housing consisting of nine bedsits and five flats.
Warramunda Villages is seeking expressions of interests from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors interested in tendering for the construction of 4 x 3-bedroom Units on 2 and 4 Pettifer st Kyabram. It is estimated that the building works will be valued between $500,000 and $1,500,000.
The intent of this expression of interest (EOI) is to provide Warramunda with a list of contractors to tender for these building works and only contractors submitting this EOI will be able to tender. The tender documents will be sent directly to contractors submitting an EOI to reduce advertising periods.
Contractors engaged for building works will be engaged under conditions and contract set by Warramunda. As a general rule Warramunda uses the Australian Standard suite of contracts. Contractors not willing to be engaged under these forms of contract should not submit expressions of interest.
