Great Southern Community Housing Association invites Registered Builders to tender on new student housing at 28-30 Stirling Terrace, Albany WA 6330. The project consists of these separate double-storey buildings constructed with a concrete slab on ground with timber framed first floors, brick veneer walls and timber framed roots with metal roofing and 21 car parking bays and associated site works.

Tenders are to be submitted to the office of H+H Architects by 2pm, Wednesday 2nd November 2016. Tenders can be submitted by hand, post or by email.
