EOI - Hill End General Store and Residence

⁠⁠⁠The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease the historic General Store and Residence within the Hill End Historic site. It is anticipated that a store and petrol pump will continue to operate at the premises although additional uses may also be proposed. An initial five year lease with a five year option is being offered.

The property is offered in its current condition. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of building, services and upgrades required for the property on offer in this EoI.

The Hill End Historic site is located approximately 290 kilometres (approximately four hours drive) from Sydney, 80 kilometres (approximately one hour drive) from Bathurst and 72 kilometres (approximately one hour drive) from Mudgee.
