Project Tender details: Victoria Legal Aid’s (VLA) Reconciliation Action Plan 2015–2018 (RAP) was launched in May 2015 and provides a number of measurable steps to improve our service response to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
The purpose of this evaluation is to:
* Measure the overall impact of the RAP and the extent to which the expected outcomes were achieved.
* Support continuous improvement, through capturing lessons learned and recommendations for any improvements.
* Provide an opportunity to openly engage with, and report back to, stakeholders, partners and other interested bodies about VLA’s commitment to reconciliation, and to be transparent about progress made in implementing VLA’s first RAP.
The purpose of the proposed consultancy services is to therefore lead:
* The preparation and facilitation of a mid-term reflections workshop, and the delivery of a subsequent summary report.
* A final evaluation, with the preparation of a draft and final evaluation report.
