CN001244 - Healesville Goods Shed.
VicTrack invites tenders from suitably qualified organisations for construction only heritage refurbishment works. The project encompasses rebuilding the foundations to the goods shed building, general repair works to the goods shed and goods shed platform, and other works associated with the Healesville Goods Shed.
The works include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Rebuild the subfloor structure in accordance with the drawings;
* Restump stumps in locations as detailed in the drawings;
* Repair floor structure in the Healesville Goods Shed as detailed in the drawings;
* Strengthen floor structure as per the drawings;
* Install new galvanised roof as detailed in the drawings;
* Installation of new Rain Water Goods (RWG) as detailed in the drawings;
* Installation of new timbers and strengthening of the roof structure of the Healesville goods shed as detailed in the drawings;
* Installation of new timbers and strengthening of the wall structure and floor structure of the Healesville goods shed as detailed in the drawings;
* Installation of new timbers and strengthening of the external platform of the Healesville goods shed as detailed in the drawings;
* Widening of the Healesville goods shed as detailed in the drawings;
* External painting of rain water goods and all previously painted timbers and other works as detailed in the drawings and specifications;
* Installation of new pits, sumps and associated drainage as per the drawings & specifications
