Tender Description
Redland City Council (RCC) seeks a main/head contractor for design and documentation works for the upgrade of Wellington Street, Thornlands (between intersection of Wellington Street and Panorama Drive) and intersection of Wellington and Queen Streets, Cleveland.
Scope includes but is not limited to:
* Geotechnical Investigation and report (if required);
* Concept to Detailed Design with associated documentation;
* Site Specific Management Plans (required for Geotechnical Investigations);
* Final RPEQ certified ‘For Construction’ drawings and associated documents; and
* Energex lodgement and approval.
