SCOPE OF WORKS:
* Construct a new single-storey educational building (Senior Block);
* Construct an extension and refurbishment to the existing Administration area;
* Refurbish the existing block D;
* Complete maintenance and repair works to an existing damaged box gutter.

The approximate floor areas of the buildings are as follows:
* New Senior Block: 366 m2
* Administration Refurbishment and extension: 257 m2
* Block D Refurbishment: 150 m2

Works will include (but are not limited to) the following:

SEPARABLE PORTION 1:
* Senior Block
* Site demolition works
* Excavation and fill works to bring Senior block building to required level
* Construction of a new single-storey classroom building comprising structural screw piles, reinforced concrete floors, steel and timber framed
* roof, block veneer external walls, framed and clad external walls
* Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic works
* External concrete paving and ramp to existing footpaths
* Civil works
* Landscaping works
* Administration Refurbishment and Extension
* Demolition works to the internal areas of existing building including asbestos removal
* Construction of a new staff room extension
* comprising structural bored piers, timber floors, steel and timber framed roof, framed and clad external walls
* Refurbishment to internal spaces
* Minor external maintenance/refurbishment works
* Construction of a new deck, ramp and stairs
* Landscaping works
* Existing box gutter maintenance and repair works
* Clean and investigate existing box gutter and roofing for any damage, leaks, etc. Make good where necessary
* Remove existing ceiling lining and battens where necessary. Replace with new battens and painted PB ceiling

SEPARABLE PORTION 2:
* Block D Refurbishment and Extension
* Demolition works to the internal areas of existing building
* Construction of a new store room extension and roof over
* Refurbishment to internal spaces
* Minor external maintenance/refurbishment works
* Construction of a new deck, walkway and stairs
