The Riverton Leisureplex is a multi-purpose indoor leisure centre located in Riverton, Perth WA.

The centre is in its 15th year of operation and is planning on undertaking an aquatic refurbishment in 2017.

The centre has a 50 m Myrtha pool lined with a vinyl liner which is due for replacement. The specification covers the removal and replacement of that liner.

The water depths in this pool range from 1.2 metres at the shallow end to 1.5 m at the deep end.

The City of Canning requires tenders for the removal of the old liner, preparation of the pool ready for a new liner, followed by the installation of the new liner and accessories. Other associated works include tiling and grouting and expansion joint replacement.
