Tender Description
The purpose of this RFI is to assist the Commonwealth of Australia, through engaging with industry, to design the optimal approach to the proposed Whole-of-Australian-Government coordinated procurement of property services, as announced in the 2016/17 Budget. The coordinated procurement arrangements will cover strategic property planning, leasing services, facilities management and minor capital works.
Assistance is sought from industry participants (Interested Parties) to provide input into the proposed design of the coordinated procurement arrangements, which are intended to obtain consistent service levels across the Commonwealth, deliver efficiencies, drive innovation, and maximise value for money.
