Tenders are invited for the execution of works associated with remediation of steel stair located at the Southern side of Dr Mary Booth Lookout Reserve located at the end of Warunda Street in Kirribilli.

Tender documents are also available in hardcopy from 4 October 2016 for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per set, from North Sydney Council at 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.
A pre tender meeting will be held on site at Dr Mary Booth Reserve, Warunda Street, Kirribilli on Thursday, 24 October 2016 at 10.00 AM.
Submissions in sealed envelopes marked with the quotation number 13/2017 and clearly labelled 'Dr Mary Booth Reserve Foreshore Walk Remedial Works' must be submitted in accordance with conditions of tendering by 4.00 PM on Thursday, 3 November 2016.
