Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the construction of a new Northern Suburbs Community Centre (NSCC) on a ‘greenfield’ site in Newnham. Civil works will include the provision of waste and stormwater infrastructure services to site, construction of driveway, car park, footpaths and landscaping to prepare grounds for establishment of community garden and children’s play area.
