Tender Description
ASIC has been a long-term user of conferencing technology (audio and video), and requires a system that is highly reliable and easy for business staff to use.
Conferencing is used extensively throughout all ASIC offices across Australia to conduct critical business meetings on a daily basis, and is seen as a strategic tool in managing a geographically distributed workforce.
With its existing conferencing supply, support and maintenance contracts expiring in February 2017, ASIC needs a new arrangement for the on-going supply of conferencing services, hardware and software within the current Commonwealth Government procurement framework.
