Deakin University is seeking proposals for the provision of services to support Phases 1 and 2 of a University-wide Finance Business Transformation Program.
The University requires the design and delivery of a finance business operating model, service delivery standards and core finance business processes, and the selection of a new, more integrated ERP. The program will be transformational in its approach. It is intended for the Program outcomes to provide a platform for broad strategic business process and service delivery improvement that includes finance and other capabilities such as project & research accounting, procurement and expense management.
The University is seeking a partner that has the ability to establish a fully capable team and commence work by 16 January 2017 and has recent experience (within the past four years), as the lead consulting partner, delivering a finance business transformation project for a large organisation in Australia of similar size and complexity to Deakin University.
