Wyndham City Council is committed to the delivery of innovative and responsive programs that meet the needs of our diverse community. Tenders are invited from organisations with appropriate experience to undertake the delivery of kindergarten services from the newly developed Truganina East Kindergarten site.

Only those organisations with demonstrated experience in providing kindergarten programs as well as other early years and family and community support programs in response to local community need, will be considered.

All technical enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the Tenderlink Forum established for this tender.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Tenderlink website no later than 12.00 noon Wednesday 12 October 2016.

Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
