Tender Description
Expressions of interest are sought from registered architects with appropriate experience & qualifications to design & produce plans & specifications for the construction of a new preschool building in Walcha. This project is time critical, so an indication of timeframe as well as costs will need to be provided.
The building must comply with all relevant building codes and regulations as well as the facility requirements of the Early Childhood Education and Care National regulations; specifically sections 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 35 of the Children (Education and Care Services) Supplementary Provisions Regulation 2012. The licenced capacity will need to be greater than 42.
A site inspection is recommended prior to application, as the new building will be constructed in the location of the current preschool.
