The Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is one of Australia’s greatest assets. As Australia’s most attended sports and entertainment stadium, the MCG is a busy venue accommodating major events such as International Cricket, Australian Rules Football, Soccer, Rugby and Concerts as well as hosting a large number of major functions in the surrounding purpose built facilities.

The MCG is on Crown Land in Yarra Park, Jolimont and is held on behalf of the people of Victoria by the MCG Trust. Day to day management and control of the stadium is delegated by the Trust to the Melbourne Cricket Club (the Club), which holds along term lease of the MCG. The Club invites suitably qualified organisations to tender for the Parking Management Services Yarra Park.

The MCC seeks to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to provide the Services for the MCC in Yarra Park. The need to provide sustainable Event Day parking is imperative to the MCC, as well as surrounding Venues and stakeholders and is a vital amenity forthe patrons and visitors of these Venues and facilities.

Tenderers must be able to demonstrate
* The ability to safely and successfully manage the efficient movement of traffic and the implementation of a parking plan in an open space park environment.
* Outstanding customer service skills and systems to ensure the experience of the patron is enhanced at all times.
* Sound business practices and acumen to deliver the best possible financial result to the MCC.
