AIMS is seeking “Expressions of Interest” from organisations that possess relevant experience and qualifications in any or all of the following services for its facility at Cape Cleveland (50km south of Townsville):
EOI677 - Catering and Cleaning Services.
EOI675 - Manage, Operate and maintain a comprehensive Facilities Maintenance Service (Refer ATM ID AIMSEOI675 for detail).
EOI676 - After hours Physical Security Services & Plant Monitoring (Refer ATM ID AIMSEOI676 for detail).
The Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) is an internationally renowned, world leader in the science underpinning sustainable development, conservation and management of tropical marine environments. General details on AIMS may be viewed at www.aims.gov.au. AIMS would like to receive expressions of interest from experienced contractors who are able to provide catering and cleaning services for AIMS at Cape Cleveland and a small vessel berthing facility at the Port of Townsville. Shortlists of applicants selected from this EOI stage will be invited to prepare tender submissions on detailed contract documentation. Interested contractors should be experienced in providing similar services to large organisations and possessing the necessary administrative, financial and human resources to carry out the contract for a period of three (3) years with the Principal having the option to give three (3) years extension.
