You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to undertake civil works for the provision of open drain works (Stages A & B), earthworks and residential civil works (Stages 1 & 2) at Burketown Queensland 4830.
This tender is for civil works for the profiling of the aerodrome open drain, which will also provide fill for the earthworks required to deliver the residential civil works for 18 lots at Marshall and Burketown Queensland 4830.
The tender scope generally includes:
* Open drain profiling
* Earthworks
* Roadworks
* Stormwater
* Water reticulation
* Sewer reticulation
Tenderers are not required to acquaint themselves with the site where works are to be undertaken before submitting a Tender. No formal site inspection will be organised.
