General Maintenance & Carpentry Services

⁠⁠⁠The intent of this tender and subsequent contract is to provide general maintenance and minor improvement services of a high standard and to ensure that Barwon Health continues to have safe and well maintained facilities.

Comprehensive tender proposals are being sought from suitability qualified and experienced vendors for the provision of General Maintenance / Carpentry Services to cater for all Barwon Health Acute, Off site, Aged Care and McKellar Centre facilities for maintenance and associated works including preventative, corrective and after hours servicing. Minor alterations and project works will also be available on a quotable basis. Some preventative, corrective, minor works and after hours call outs will be required at all sites including the University Hospital Geelong site and should be included in the tender evaluation and response.

The objectives of this tender are to establish a durable contract with professional vendors to deliver services in a timely and cost efficient manner for Barwon Health by exploring the availability of commercially improved pricing and value add services. The successful vendor is intended to be the provider of services for the day-to-day provision of all General Maintenance / Carpentry Services relating to the specific sites primarily working off the in house BEIMS maintenance request system.
