Panel of Printers for Production of Corporate Documents and Stationery

⁠⁠⁠Banyule City Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified printing organisations with a proven ability to provide print preparation, printing, and binding services necessary for production of Council’s corporate publications and stationery requirements, including but not limited to monthly newsletters, community calendar, information booklet, annual report, annual plan, services brochures, letterheads, envelopes, business cards, and a variety of printed forms.

Council will select a panel of approximately 2-4 printers which are capable of producing any or all of the required corporate publications and stationery. For smaller ad-hoc requirements, it is envisaged that Tenders/Quotations will be obtained from the pre-qualified panel members, as and when specific requirements arise.

The contract term will be 1 year with 3x1 year extension options at Councils discretion.

Note: Council is not interested in engaging print brokering firms to manage the process on its behalf, as it has specialist capabilities in-house.
