Tender Description
The pathway is a Shoalhaven City Council project partly funded by the Callala Beach Progress Association (CBPA).
The extent of the work is 243 lineal metres of 2m wide concrete pathway. (Stage 3 CH 250m to CH 492.927m). Budget allowing, Council may request part of Stage 4 be constructed at the same per metre cost. The pathway is to extend from the southern end of the existing pathway located beside Myola Road in accordance with drawings 15427-1G and 15427-2D.
The contractor is to supply all material and carry out all works for the construction of the pathway including all excavation as required and the removal of small trees and shrubs if required. The excavated material is then to be spread along the sides of the pathway so that on completion the site is neat and tidy and the concrete path is only raised above the surrounding ground level by approximately 25mm.
Allow to take away any material which cannot be spread around the pathway and dispose of at a Council Waste Depot.
