1. Purpose: REGPRO221617 Supply and Delivery of Bulk Cationic Bitumen (13 Councils) to participating Hunter, Mid North Coast, NEC, and Namoi Councils including:
Hunter:
* Upper Hunter Shire Council
* Cessnock City Council
* Singleton Council
* Muswellbrook Shire Council
* Dungog Council
Mid North Coast:
* Kempsey Shire Council
* Nambucca Shire Council
* Port Macquarie Council
* Bellingen Shire Council
Namoi:
* Tamworth Council
* Liverpool Plains Shire Council
NEC:
* Armidale Regional Council (Armidale/ Guyra)
* Walcha Council.
Estimated literage is 1,500,000 per annum.
Engagement will be on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1st January 2017 to 31 December 2018, with provision for a 1 year option. This is a Single Source by Council by Region Tender.
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames.
