City of Ballarat is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or companies to provide a Commercial Office Space Review.

The commissioned review will undertake an analysis of future CBD commercial office space requirements, including an assessment of current supply and future demand, with suggestions for any drivers for or constraints to achieving the required supply.

As a secondary component, it will also recommend any further considerations or future actions for the City or its partners, to optimise the likelihood of achieving the supply of office space of sufficient quality to realise the objectives of the City's Economic Program 2015-2019, with regard to future business services in the City's CBD.
