Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for Kilsyth Township Improvements (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 51F5).
Tender submissions must be received by the Tender Closing Time or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.

A Pre-tender meeting will be held at 1:30pm, Kilsyth Recreation Reserve, 95 Colchester Road, Kilsyth. A site inspection of the existing site will be conducted prior to the meeting. Tenderers are strongly advised to attend and should indicate their intention to do so by contacting Seamus Cale at s.cale@yarraranges.vic.gov.au with details of proposed attendees.
