Located in the heart of the Ramsgate, a short walk to Botany Bay, the Club has already been servicing the community for nearly 51 years and it plans to keep doing so, well into the future.
Ramsgate RSL Memorial Club is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Contract Caterers that are willing to join them on this journey and to realise their potential.
The successful caterer will take over the food operations which has a fully equipped commercial kitchen being provided plus a seating capacity of up to 180 people. It is a 7 day breakfast, lunch and dinner operation.
Favourable commercial terms including rental expectations and other related expenses will be discussed with successful applicants once the EOI process has been completed.
The successful candidate will:
Have a passion for food and a proven experience in providing quality and consistent meals in a fast paced environment as well as providing catering services for functions and events
Work with Club Management to drive visitation, customer retention and club advocacy via the delivery of an optimal customer experience.
Be customer service focused with respect to both front and back of house requirements.
Have the relevant qualifications and insurances in place.
