Wordpress/Drupal/Joomla (CMS) as A Service (and Migration)
Tender ID: 284438
Tender Details
Tender Description
This vendor has been providing the contracted CMS as a service offering since then as the endorsed Monash CMS. While the platform has been meeting the business needs of the majority, there are some departments that require an alternative for their business needs. This has led to some pockets of the business utilising alternative products. The main alternatives are Wordpress, Drupal & Joomla based sites.
There are around 80 existing Monash Business web sites based on either WordPress, Drupal or Joomla, that will need to remain on these platforms for the next 3 years. The main objective of this exercise is to work with a partner who shares Monash's vision to transform its Web Presence to improve our present user experience and cater for needs of the business. Monash is seeking a partnership with the software as a service provider to migrate and manage these sites over the next three years.
A public RFQ is proposed to reach out to vendors that can provide WordPress, Drupal and Joomla as a service.
