Tender Description
City of Ryde Council, is seeking Fee Proposals from suitably qualified consultants to:
A) provide recommendations to guide a development of planning controls for affordable housing and
B) develop an Affordable Housing Calculator. The calculator will be a tool to understand the value of development uplift and the value of the provided community benefit.
