Invite submissions from companies wishing to tender for the removal and beneficial reuse of biosolids from the Principal Council’s wastewater treatment plants.

The Principal Councils reserve the right to change the tender specifications prior to making a decision on the tenders submitted in response to this invite.

The Principal Councils may invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

The Principal Councils reserve the right not to accept the lowest tender.

A tender briefing will be held at Cairns Regional Council chambers, ground floor, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns at 2pm on Monday 26th September 2016.

Interested parties should register their interest no later than 5pm Friday 23rd September 2016 with Tender Manager Amanda Hancock on 07 4044 3021 or a.hancock@fnqroc.qld.gov.au. Tender documents can be obtained by contacting the Tender Manager.

Tenders will close on Friday 4th November 2016 at 5pm.
