Tender Description
Horizon Power invites interest from Tenderers for the Balance of Plant (BoP) works for the Carnarvon Energy Storage Trial project.
Under the Carnarvon Energy Storage Trial project, Horizon Power will be installing a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the Mungullah Power Station in Carnarvon.
Horizon Power requires a contractor to undertake the installation of the BoP and support the testing and commissioning of this equipment.
The BoP contractor will be responsible for the civil works, LV and HV cable installation, the control system installation and the control circuit wiring.
Testing and commissioning will be headed by Horizon Power and the BESS supplier, the BoP contractor will be required to provide manpower to support these works.
Detailed design for civil works, control system and all cabling requirements will be provided by Horizon Power.
Tenderers must be registered as a Supplier on Tenders WA in order to download RFT documents or submit a Tender.
The RFT documents will be released on or around 5 September 2016.
Responses must be lodged by 14:00 hours on 29 September 2016.
