Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Principal Consultancy services, including Sub-consultancy services, for the Concept Design for the North Queensland Stadium.
Following this EOI process, a shortlist of consultancies with relevant experience in stadium design will be approached to participate in a Design Tender for a Concept Design and Design Team submission based on detailed tender documentation. The Design Tender process will lead to the selection and award of the Principal Consultancy team to develop a Concept Design (Pre Design including Project Brief, Stadium Concept Design and Site Master Plan) for the North Queensland Stadium.
