Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking to engage a consultant team with demonstrated high capability, capacity and experience in the master planning, design and delivery of aquatic and sports infrastructure projects to undertake the following tasks:
* Feasibility assessment
* Preparation of a master plan and reports
* Preparation of concept designs
* Detailed cost planning and estimating.

Please note this project was previously advertised under invitation LG314/621/17/018. The scope of this project has since been revised, please ensure only documents from this invitation LG314/621/17/032 are used for your submission.
