Tender Description
This new Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic building project will cater to 40-60 shire office staff and venue for civic functions such as Council meetings, civic ceremonies, public forums and workshops. The facility will also support emergency operations when needed.
This project is located in Austral Terrace which is within the Katanning's Heritage Precinct. As such, the project requires a design infill that will leverage on the site's heritage value as well as provide a contemporary, functional and flexible administration and civic building.
