The Goodwin Village Board invites registered builders to record their interest in a building project that involves extending the existing Goodwin Village maintenance building and other works in Goodwin Village, 20 Camp Street, Donald.
The existing maintenance building is located on the west side of the property, along the Richardson Heights Road. The building work, involves constructing a brick veneer extension with a tiled roof, to the current maintenance building, including some electrical improvements. The project also requires the building of a new steel framed Colorbond resident vehicle carport, and concreting an area adjacent to both structures.
