Tender Description
Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction works associated with Stage 1 of Gore Hill Park Redevelopment.
The building works include re-aligning the existing oval, installing a synthetic playing surface, construction of an on-site water detention system, construction of a regional playground and all other works which are associated with the stage 1 redevelopment. The details of this can be found in the EOI Brief Documents.
The EOI Brief Documents, which contain essential information and submission schedules, may be obtained from www.tenderlink.com/nsroc free of charge. Interested Proponents should obtain a copy of the EOI brief and address all requirements contained therein. Based on the submissions, Proponents shall be shortlisted and invited to submit formal tenders based on additional contract documentation.
Submissions will be accepted until 11:00am on Wednesday 14th September 2016. Submissions received after the aforementioned closing time will not be considered.
Tenders shall be submitted at www.tenderlink.com/nsroc OR in a sealed envelope endorsed:
'EOI 103052 - Gore Hill Park Redevelopment'
Hard copies of tenders shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council’s Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
