For the Provision of Bulk Linen Supply Services

⁠⁠⁠BHCG is seeking quotations for the provision of a bulk linen supply service (Linen Service) to BHCG.

The successful tenderer shall be responsible for the provision of a bulk linen service to BHCG that is totally managed and controlled by the successful tenderer. That service should include options to minimise the costs of linen supply and maximise the efficiency of the linen supply provided to BHCG. The Tenderer would be expected to provide a linen service that includes the supply and co-ordination of all vehicles and other items required for the transportation of linen to and from delivery/collection points.

The successful tenderer shall ensure that BHCG at all times receives sufficient linen to meet BHCG’s normal ordering requirements. The levels are subject to change on an individual delivery point basis however, it is anticipated volumes of linen will increase to meet the full capacity of the Hospital over the period of the contract.
