Kingston City Council is seeking proposals from community organisations to lease the former Masonic Hall at 81 Albert St, Mordialloc for a 15-year term.

The property presents a unique opportunity for a community organisation to establish a long term presence in Mordialloc. The successful party will be responsible for undertaking all building works required to support their occupation.

The former Masonic Hall will be open for inspection on Thursday 8 September 2016 from 10am to noon.

Expressions of interest close at 2pm on Thursday 15 September 2016.
