Tender Description
Australian Catholic University (ACU) was established in 1990 through incorporation as a public company limited by guarantee, incorporated pursuant to the Corporations Act.
ACU currently has more than 30,000 students across its seven campuses in Australia, including: Adelaide, Ballarat, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney (North Sydney and Strathfield).
ACU performs triennial valuations for property, plant and equipment for accounting (AASB 116) and insurance purposes.
ACU is seeking a licenced property valuer to value its assets including: Buildings and Land, Leaseholds, Plant and Equipment, Library Books and Artwork.
The assets to be valued will be from ACU campuses across Australia.
