Rehabilitation of Redundant STP Sites at Maclean, Townsend and Ilarwill - RFT 1500769
The Works under this Contract includes the remove all infrastructure and improvements from within the three STP sites at Maclean, Townsend and Ilarwill and remediate the sites to allow their future use as detailed below:-
The main items of work under this Contract include:
* Preliminary Site Investigation;
* Detailed Site Investigation;
* Site Remedial Action Plan;
* Environmental Impact Assessment;
* Demolition and Remediation; and
* Site Validation.
The environmental site investigations are to be undertaken and reported in accordance with the procedures and requirements as described in the EPAs Guidelines for Consultants Reporting on Contaminated Sites” (OEH, 2011) and NEPC guidelines “National Environment Protection (Assessment of Site Contamination) Measure (NEPM 2013).
Expressions of Interest were called in April 2016 and the following Contractors were selected to move to the Tendering phase for the Construction component of the Project.
* Enviropacific Services P/L;
* Haslin Constructions P/L;
* Ledonne Constructions P/L and
* Liberty Industrial P/L.
Tenders will only be considered from the above four Contractors.
