Expressions of Interest - Nabiac Water Treatment Plant

⁠⁠⁠Construction of a 12 ML/day Membrane Filtration Water Treatment PLant at Nabiac. The following items will be required at the new WTP for stage 1.

* Construction of 400kl reinforced concrete Pre-treatment tank
* Design and construction of 7ML usable volume steel Treated Water Reservoir
* Installation of Membrane filtration system (MCW supplied)
* Installation of Lime silo and associated dosing equipment (MCW supplied)

* Supply and installation of Chemical dosing equipment including tanks, pumps, pipework and valves for gas chlorination, fluoride, ACH, citric acid, sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide.

* Construction & installation of Transfer and waste pumping stations located at the WTP site (Transfer pumps MCW supplied)
* Supply and installation of Fire and service water pumps and associated instruments
* Supply and installation of compressors, pressure vessel, air lines and associated instruments. (Some equipment to be MCW supplied)
* Construction of all buildings including; admin/office lab and amenities, membrane plant, transfer pump station, lime dosing/chlorine and ACH dosing.

* Supply, installation and commission of all mechanical, electrical, water and sewer services for buildings as required.
* Supply and installation of all electrical works including power and communications excluding high voltage works.
* Construction and installation of Roads and drainage including chemical unloading bays
* Supply, install and test all Pipework and valves. (Some equipment to be MCW supplied)
* Supply and install all Site wide signage
* Component/Equipment and pressure testing of all equipment installed under the contract supplied either under this contract or principal supplied equipment by MCW.

* Assist with the balance of plant commissioning as part of the commissioning team to ensure the WTP can be integrated into the Manning Water supply scheme.
