Project Tender details: This consultancy will conduct an equity and child-focused budget analysis of selected social sectors in Viet Nam with the main purpose of generating substantive evidence to inform UNICEF’s engagement in advocating for a child sensitive national PFM systems and budgetary processes and to promote further policy dialogues on PF4C among relevant stakeholders in Viet Nam. The intended users of this analysis will be Government agencies (the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs), the National Assembly and civil society organizations (CSOs), particularly those in the Budget Transparency (BT) coalition.
