Tenders are invited for: Refurbishment of South Warrandyte Hall, 66 Hall Road, Warrandyte South 3134

The scope of works include:
* Internal disabled toilet works including services
* Interior paint works
* Flooring to hall
* External cladding works
* Drainage grate works

(Refer to drawings for full extent of required works)

A tender meeting will be held at 9.30am on Thursday 11th August 2016 at Warrandyte South Hall, 66 Hall Road, Warrandyte South 3134  (Melway Ref: 35 J8)

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" in TenderSearch.  The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
