Description: The Mid Lachlan Alliance Council's (Parkes, Forbes, Lachlan and Weddin) invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to act as the Project Agent for their Innovation Fund Project. The Project Agent will manage two separate but complimentary Projects. The first involves the identification and analysis of gaps in the Financial Systems (Including IT) of the Alliance Councils.
The second involves an examination of service levels and expenditure efficiencies by the Councils on the maintenance of Roads, Parks, Reserves and Gardens infrastructure. The second project involves the completion of two comprehensive efficiency and service reviews on two of the Alliance Councils' largest recurrent operational expenditure programs being Roads Infrastructure and Parks, reserves and Gardens infrastructure.
