Expressions of Interest Lease of Coffin Bay Motocross Track
The District Council of Lower Eyre Peninsula is seeking expressions of interest from organisations or individuals for the motocross track located on Airport Lane, Kellidie Bay.
The track is located in Council owned land excised from the Coffin Bay Airstrip. Access to the track has been closed due to public liability obligations.
The track was constructed by a local group during the late 1990's and was to be leased by that local incorporated group but was never finalised. The Council would like to see the use of the track continue and the preference is to lease the land to an incorporated group to ensure the safe and controlled use of the track and land.
