1617-003 - Tenders are invited from Suppliers wishing to be considered to supply quarry materials to Cassowary Coast Regional Council.
A contract will take the form of a standing offer to supply materials when and as Council requires them, if the Supplier is selected for inclusion on a panel of suitable suppliers that Council proposes to compile and utilise on an ''as required'' basis.
The acceptance by Council of a lodged Tender shall be deemed to form an Agreement between Council and the Supplier, for the supply of quarry products, for the Empanelment Period at the inclusive supply rates submitted on the Tender Forms. The Council and the Supplier agree to all conditions set out in this Tender invitation. Council gives no guarantee that any material will be purchased during the Empanelment Period, nor is there any guarantee on the quantity of material to be purchased, for any type of material supplied during the Empanelment Period. Suppliers should note that historical quantities of material supplied are not to be taken as in indication of the quantity to be supplied for the Empanelment Period.
