Tender Description
(1) Civil Works under this Contract generally include but are not limited to:
(a) Demolition and disposal of kerb and gutter and replacement of sections of existing footpath.
(b) Excavation and laying of drainage pipes 675mm, 750mm and 1050mm dia. approx. 192 meter long.
(c) Excavation, supply and laying of drainage pits
(d) Construction of kerb and gutter as per design levels
(e) Construction of concrete footpath, kerb ramps and concrete vehicular crossings
(f) Supply and laying of turf and topsoil to restore footway behind kerb and gutter and maintain turf for six (6) weeks.
(2) Works Not included in this contract:
(a) Asphalt pavement works other than restoration over drainage pipes and restoration in front of newly laid kerb and gutter.
(b) Line marking.
(c) Adjustment / Replacement of Telstra pits.
