Tender Description
The Territory is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to perform the role of Principal’s Authorised Person (GC21) for acting as an agent for the Principal to manage the main civil work contract for the Cotter Road Stage 2 Duplication and Shared Path works. The scope of the construction works includes but is not limited to:
* Duplication of approximately 1.7km of roadway along Cotter Road;
* Upgrade of the Tuggeranong Parkway interchange intersections;
* Duplication of the bridge over Yarralumla Creek;
* On road cycle lanes and shared paths.
