Water Treatment System

⁠⁠⁠Project Background:
The project comprises a pipeline connecting the Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP) at the (existing) Warrego Compressor Station to the Carpentaria Gas Pipeline (CGP) at the (existing) Mica Creek metering facility with three (3) Main Line Valve (MLV) sites across the 622km pipeline inclusive of an intermediate scraper station.

The required facilities include a start of line Gas Treatment Facility with export compression at Warrego (Phillip Creek Compressor Station (PCCS)), and a compressor and delivery station near Mt Isa, inclusive of compression, metering, gas quality measurement, pressure regulation and filtration (Mt Isa Compressor Station (MICS)) (the Facilities). The PCCS includes an amine-based acid gas adsorption system which requires demineralised water to be provided on a constant basis.

The water supply to the PCCS will be from a local bore; Jemena will provide water composition details at a later date. It is possible that the service water supply to the site will require treatment also - but not be required to be demineralised.

Jemena is seeking a Vendor to design, manufacture, test, and deliver a Water Treatment System for the Phillip Creek Compressor Station to operate remotely (based on command to be issued by the plant control system or start/stop issued at the Plant Control System). The water supply will be in two stages:
Potable
* Kitchen supply; site washdown; safety showers and eyewash; site ablutions;
Demineralised
* Amine make-up water;

System Description
The system will be required to supply 50 - 300 litres per hour from each stream and will include
* Two (2) stage (or dual-function) water treatment equipment
* All pipes and fittings and supports
* Dosing points, drain and vent points
* Common skid base and enclosure
* Pumps, motors, filters,
* Intermediate and outflow buffer tanks
* instrumentation
* Supervisory instrumentation and control system
* Local Unit Control Panel
* Electrical power distribution panel for all auxiliaries / equipment on the package
* All necessary accessories:
* Reliability in excess of 98%
* Compliance to relevant Australian Standards
* Factory Acceptance Test
* Commissioning support at site, and Site Acceptance Testing
* Spare parts and special tools
