Australian Catholic University (ACU) has a dedicated Recruitment Services Team who provide end-to-to-end recruitment, from advertising through to the contract of employment.
Dependent on a range of factors such as position level, specialisation, difficulty to fill, or global search requirement, ACU engage a range of agency/consultancy firms to provide a search and recruitment service, meeting ACU requirements, for continuing, fixed term, temporary and casual Academic and Professional staff.
ACU’s intent is to enter into formal agreements with a Panel of Preferred Suppliers. This is in order to ensure a quality and consistent recruitment service experience for both ACU hiring managers and for candidates. Key deliverables of a Panel of Preferred Suppliers is to maximise return on investment, provision of a quality field of candidates, and strong candidate care, through service suppliers who understand the business of ACU, understand the brand of ACU, and the mission and values of ACU.
The Panel of Preferred Suppliers will be composed of suppliers who either can provide recruitment services in all the or part of the required categories, or who provide expertise in only one or a few of the required recruitment services due to their specialisation in a profession/discipline or in Executive Search, for example.
The provision of services is to be provided either nationally to the ACU’s seven campuses or state based where the seven campuses are located.
