RFT - Provision of Internal Audit Services

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this RFT is to invite tenders from suitably experienced and qualified parties for the provision of a range of Internal Audit Services to TasWater.

The primary objective the successful service provider will be required to achieve as part of its relationship with TasWater is:

To carry out the analysis and independent appraisal of the adequacy and effectiveness of the company's internal control system.

To provide assurance to the Board, through the Audit and Risk (AAR) Committee, and the Chief Executive Officer (Chief Executive Officer) that TasWater's financial and operational controls designed to achieve the entity's objectives are operating in an efficient, effective and ethical manner.

Assist management in improving the entity's business performance.
