Hume City Council invites tenders for the Provision of Asphalt Surfacing - Road Maintenance Works
Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the provision of Hume City Council’s Asphalt Surfacing and Road Maintenance Works.
The successful single supply contractor will be required to undertake approximately 15,000 – 17,000 Tonnes annually for the term of this contract.
Hume City Council’s 2016-17 indicative asphalt surfacing program is attached for information only.
Part A (Asphalt Surfacing) and Part B (Asphalt Profiling Services) of the schedule of rates will be awarded together to one single supplier contractor.
Part C (Alternative Surface Preservation Treatment) of the schedule of rates will be awarded to one single contractor. Council reserves the right to award Part C of this tender to another supplier separate of Part A and Part B if applicable. The estimated annual quantity of works is approximately 18,000 – 20,000 m2.
The successful contractor will be assessed and reviewed annually on their practices and performance.
